Management

Mr Lo began his career with Jardine Matheson in 1981 as a Management Trainee. Appointed Chief Executive of the JOS Technology Group in 1998, Mr Lo was responsible for the Company's successful development from a traditional office product distributor into the region's leading information technology service and solution provider.

Under Mr Lo's direction, JOS has firmly established itself as an industry pioneer, playing a progressive role in leading the region's IT evolution. With a staff force of over 2,400 professionals, JOS provides unrivalled expertise, particularly in the areas of systems integration, IT consulting and outsourcing services, to both multinational companies and SMBs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and mainland China.

Mr Lo holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Hong Kong and is an alumna of the Advanced Management Programme of Harvard Business School.

Peter YEUNG - Managing Director, Hong Kong Operations

As the Managing Director, Hong Kong Operations, for Jardine OneSolution, Mr Yeung is responsible for the strategic planning and development of all of JOS' operations in the Hong Kong SAR, including every business unit from Procurement and Deployment Services to System Integration, Technical Support and Services as well as Outsourcing and Managed Services. Since taking up the position in early 2005, Peter has sharpened the company's focus on services and solutions. JOS' five decades of expertise in some of the most critical business and technological domains provide him with an excellent springboard to deliver significant advantage to customers of all sizes and almost every industry.

Peter has more than 25 years' experience in the IT industry, 13 of which were spent with Digital Equipment Corporation. Before joining JOS, he was the Country Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard HK SAR Ltd. Prior to that he was the Managing Director of Compaq Computer Limited and also worked in sales positions with Burroughs and ICL, both in Hong Kong. He is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong with a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.

Fred TAN - Managing Director, South East Asia

Mr Tan is responsible for overseeing the Group's operations in South East Asia with a key focus in Singapore and Malaysia and in formulating strategic directions for the development and establishment of the operations as one of the leading market players.

Fred has over 23 years' experience in the IT industry and has served as a member of the Information Technology Institute Advisory Committee of Singapore from 1989 to 1990. He was the managing partner of CSA's distribution business since 1992 and joined JOS in 2000 when the Group acquired the distribution businesses of CSA in Singapore and Malaysia.

Thomas WAN - Managing Director, JOS China

Mr Wan is responsible for the Group's operations in the People's Republic of China, and oversees the strategic development of systems integration and equipment provisioning businesses at the Group level across the Asian region.

Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, and has helped manage the successful growth and transformation of JOS throughout the period. He joined JOS in 1988 from IBM Hong Kong. Mr. Wan is an active member of the local IT industry and currently sits on the E-Commerce Advisory Board of the Hong Kong Article Numbering Association. He holds an EMBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.

Colin TERRY - Group Finance Director

Mr Terry is the Group Finance Director of JOS and an Executive Director of Jardine OneSolution Holdings Limited.

Colin has 20 years experience in financial management and audit in various industries, 15 years of which have been gained in Asia. He has worked for the Jardine Matheson Group since 1992 in a number of financial management roles. Prior to joining JOS in 2004, he was Jardine Matheson Group Head of Audit, and he was previously Regional Finance Director of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Asia. Colin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England in Wales.
