We are committed to providing quality training and development programmes
in order to help our staff enhance their productivity and performance.
The Company regularly organises in-house training programmes for different
job categories for productivity or customer service enhancement. Being
one of the leading IT companies in the region, we will also, from time
to time, nominate our employees to attend job-related professional training

the year. A Monthly Award scheme is designed to recognise and reward
outstanding staff in a timely manner.
