We believe that the most effective way to learn and develop a new skill or behaviour is to apply and practice it on the job, with managers providing feedback on a regular basis.

Our learning and development model focuses on how each employee internalizes and applies what they learn based on a learning mix of doing, sharing, connecting and structured training.

Our training curriculum comprises of Leadership Development, Supervisory and Professional Development, Sales Management, Personal Development and Orientation Programmes for new joiners.   We also leverage technology for E-learning and VR 360 onboarding video for employee orientation.
