In her 30-year journey from an Audit Assistant at PricewaterhouseCoopers to CFO at Wharf T&T (later renamed WTT), Almira has undertaken a wide array of responsibilities, including accounting & finance, investor relations and building access for fibre network rollout. Following HKBN and WTT’s integration, Almira was appointed Chief Strategy Officer in July 2019 to lead the development and implementation of HKBN’s overall corporate strategy including business development, joint ventures, strategic investments, acquisitions and divestitures. After JOS acquisition, she was given an additional responsibility as Head of HKBN JOS’s Beyond Hong Kong operations (Singapore, Malaysia, mainland China and Macau). In this role, Almira oversees HKBN JOS’s development in Beyond Hong Kong regions as she drives our teams to agilely work silo-free to deliver value and innovation, whilst focusing on many incredible new opportunities to serve enterprises across Asia.

Almira holds an honours diploma in accountancy from Lingnan College, Hong Kong and is a qualified accountant and a member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Almira is a proud Co-Owner of HKBN.

Patrick brings over 10 years of business development experience and a deep understanding of customer engagement to his current role as Head of HKBN JOS Macau. He is committed to driving sustainable business growth with innovation and operational excellence. A home-grown Talent, Patrick started his ICT journey as a JOS management trainee. Since day one, he played an active role in adopting the latest technologies to create value for customers. In under four years, Patrick successfully led his business development team to grow JOS Macau's service partner business, steering it to become a significant profit-creation centre. From 2015 onwards, he has held various leadership roles at JOS Macau with a mission to improve profitability and accelerate business growth in a sustainable way.

Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in social science from the University of Hong Kong. He is also a certified management accountant and a member of The Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA). Patrick is a proud Co-Owner of HKBN.
