Our training curriculum comprises of Leadership Development, Supervisory and Professional Development, Sales Management, Personal Development and Orientation Programmes for new joiners. We also leverage technology for E-learning and VR 360 onboarding video for employee orientation.
To kick off the JOS Graduate Trainee Program 2018, we have successfully held a pre-on boarding activity with all our new graduate trainees on 12 June 2018. There were a total of 12 trainees joining the event, this provides a great opportunity for them to meet and engage with our executives - Eric Or and Fanny Wong, before they are on-board in July.

IT Associate: Being our IT Associate, you will gain hands-on experiences through a well structured 2-year program. With the support from your mentor and buddy, you will work closely with different business managers to get involved in some of the biggest and most exciting Multi-$Billion projects in HK/Asia using the latest and coolest technology around. We will also organize different trainings and workshops to equip you and build a successful long-term career.
Sales Executive: Sales Executive Trainee Program is designed to train Fresh Graduates in becoming YOUNG EXECUTIVES. High caliber candidates are selected to be trained and learnt in different areas including, but not limited to Sales & Account Management, Business Development and Customer Relationship. We will also organize different trainings and workshops to equip you and build a successful long-term career.
Enterprise Applications Trainee will be responsible for development, maintenance and support of application systems with great exposure in different Industries, including Construction, Financial Services, Shopping Mall, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Retails. We will also organize different trainings and workshops to equip you and build a successful long-term career.
